Predictive maintenance · wireless IoT sensors

See machine failures coming, weeks before they cause downtime.

Vibrolyx measures vibration and temperature on your rotating machines with wireless sensors. Our in-house dashboard analyses that data continuously and predicts when a component needs attention. You plan maintenance at the right moment instead of reacting to breakdowns.

Approach

The earlier you see a defect, the more time you have.

A bearing or gear rarely fails without warning. Long before you can hear or feel anything, the machine's vibration pattern changes. That first deviation is point P on the P-F curve. From then on, the clock runs until failure: point F.

P-F INTERVAL · TIME TO PLAN CONDITION TIME → P · First change in vibration This is where Vibrolyx already sees it Audible noise Heat you can feel F · Failure
The P-F curve. Vibration analysis picks up wear at the earliest stage, leaving as much time as possible to plan the repair.
  • Reactive

    After failure

Repair when it breaks. Unplanned downtime, emergency repairs and often secondary damage to other components.

  • Preventive

    By the calendar

Replace at fixed intervals. Plannable, but parts are often replaced while still healthy. Defects between two services go unnoticed.

  • Predictive

    By condition

Act when it is needed. Continuous measurements show the real condition of every machine. You replace only what is worn, during a planned stop.

How it works

From sensor to maintenance plan in four steps

You don't need to be a data analyst. We take care of the sensors, the connectivity and the analysis. You get clear alerts and advice.

  1. Install

We mount wireless sensors on your critical machines. No cables to pull, no major modifications.

    Motors · pumps · fans

  2. Measure

The sensors continuously measure vibration and temperature and send their data wirelessly to our platform.

  3. Analyse

Our dashboard tracks the trend of every machine, calculates the frequency spectrum and compares it with standards and the machine's own history.

    Trend · FFT · ISO 20816

  4. Predict and act

You receive an alert with a diagnosis and advice before a defect becomes critical, so you can plan the repair when it suits you.

Dashboard

All your machines in one view, with a forecast for each one

Our in-house dashboard turns raw measurements into decisions: which machine needs attention, what is going on, and how much time do you have left?

  • Trend and history per machine
  • Frequency spectrum (FFT) for diagnosis
  • Alarm limits per machine based on ISO 20816
  • Forecast time to the alarm limit
